4.4 Currency

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tapwin7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if tapwin7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
tapwin7's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to tapwin7 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tapwin7 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may affect availability without prior notice.
11. Privacy

12. Amendments

If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the dispute through the formal complaint procedures established by PAGCOR. To the extent that a matter proceeds to litigation, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
