1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. tapwin7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The tapwin7 Platform is operated for and directed at players located in the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tapwin7 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations, and access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the tapwin7 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonus credits therein.

2.4 Disqualified Persons

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tapwin7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos) unless otherwise stated. Deposits are credited to your tapwin7 wallet upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment processor. tapwin7 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of applicable KYC verification requirements. tapwin7 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. tapwin7 targets processing GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5–30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours. 4.4 Currency

All transactions on the tapwin7 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion is not supported. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by their financial institutions for international transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to expiry dates. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that remain unused after the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.2 Malfunction Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tapwin7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if tapwin7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tapwin7's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to tapwin7 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tapwin7 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may affect availability without prior notice.

11. Privacy

tapwin7's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the tapwin7 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tapwin7 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all applicable National Privacy Commission (NPC) issuances.

12. Amendments

tapwin7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to tapwin7 support for informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the dispute through the formal complaint procedures established by PAGCOR. To the extent that a matter proceeds to litigation, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
